摘　　要：简要概述了流式细胞仪的工作原理以及在海洋动物细胞学研究中流式细胞仪的应用。包括对海洋动物主要是无脊椎动物血细胞的分类及其功能的研究和海洋无脊椎动物多倍体育种中染色体倍性检测等。This assay mainly reviewed basic principles of flow cytometry and described its application for the cytology study of the marine invertebrate, including haemocyte classification and its functions of marine invertebrate as well as ploidy analysis.in the polyploid breeding of marine invertebrate.
