摘 要:用含铝废渣和碱式碳酸镁为主要原料,通过固相反应合成镁铝尖晶石(MgAl2O4)。探讨氧化锌(ZnO)添加剂对合成的MgAl2O4晶相、微观形貌及性能的影响。用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)及相关分析软件表征得到的MgAl2O4。结果表明:ZnO是一种有效矿化剂,添加ZnO可以提高样品中MgAl2O4的含量,最佳的ZnO添加量确定为2wt%,此时样品中MgAl2O4固溶体(Mg0.68Al0.32)(Al0.84Mg0.16)2O4的含量最高为93wt%,体积密度为3.36g/cm3,显气孔率为2.78%,常温抗弯强度达到136.2MPa。Magnesium aluminate spinel( MgAl2O4 ) was prepared by solid state reaction using aluminiferous waste slag and (MgCO3)4· Mg(OH)2· 5H2O as main starting materials. The influence of ZnO addition on the crystalline structure, unit cell parameters, microstructure and properties of magnesium aluminate spinel was discussed. The crystalline phases and microstructure of magnesium aluminate spinel were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that zinc oxide is an effective mineralizer and it can enhance the amount of MgAl2O4 .The optimal dosage for ZnO is determined to be 2% ,the corresponding MgAl2O4 content is up to 93% in the synthesized material,its bulk density is 3.36g/cm^3 ,apparent porosity is 2.78% and bending strength is 136.2MPa.
