彩色多普勒对糖尿病下肢血管病变的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒(CDI)在诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变中的价值以及糖尿病病程与糖尿病下肢血管病变的关系。方法用彩色多普勒对2型糖尿病患者86例,正常对照组43例进行下肢动脉检查。结果随病程延长,下肢血管狭窄程度加重,与对照组相比下肢血管各节所均表现管腔缩小,血管内-中膜厚度增加,血流峰速降低,以足背动脉表现明显。结论彩色多普勒对糖尿病下肢血管病变的部位及狭窄程度的诊断有重要价值。Objective Debating CDI diagnosis value in the Diabetes Patient＇ s Lower Arterial Disease. Methods 86 patients and 43 normal control were included in this study,apply CDI to examine lower arterial. Results With the extension of the course, lower limb blood vessel stenosis worsened compared with the control group lower limb blood vessel, an increase in middle membrane thickness, peak flow velocity reduced to dorsalis pedis artery evident. Conclusion Colored Doppler has the important value to the diabetes lower limb blood vessel pathological change spot and the narrow degree diagnosis.
