摘  要:对黄河万家寨水利枢纽的规划选点、勘测设计及建设管理的经验与认识进行了总结,为多泥沙河流的治理与开发提供有益的借鉴和启示.万家寨水利枢纽工程是黄河北干流开发的龙头水库,从规划选点到建设完成历经半个世纪,多个部门单位先后做了规划设计工作.在技术经济比较的基础上,针对经济社会发展的需求,确定了工程任务,选定了技术指标和枢纽布置形式.工程中采用了半整体重力坝、厂坝联合受力、浅埋式压力钢管等多项先进技术,取得了较好的工程质量和投资效益.This article provides much useful experience for development of heavily silt-laden river through summary of experience of project siting, reconnaissance survey, designing, construction and operation of the Wanjiazhai project. Wanjiazhai reservoir is an important reservoir which is used for water development of the north stream of the Yellow River. From project siting till finishing construction, the duration of the project is over 50 years. Many units joined the project design work successively, The final engineering tasks, technical guide line and project layout have been confirmed based on technoeconomic comparison of the requirement of economic and social development. The Wanjiazhai project introduces a lot of advanced technique, such as semi-ntegral gravity dam, hydroelectric station and dam conjunction action, and drift buried steel penstock, etc, which ensures the project of excellence engineering quality and favorable benefit.
