摘  要:本试验是用正常双倍体小麦品种永良4号与中国春小麦的21个单体进行正反杂交,测定n配子和n-1配子的传递率。结果表明,在能够参与受精的花粉中,n花粉占95.1%,n-1花粉占4.9%;在能够参与受精的胚囊中,n胚囊占28.8%,n-1胚囊占71.2%。表明单体自交子代群体内单体约占69%,其它(双体、缺体)约占31%。仅就单体和双体来说,比例是3∶1。This test hybridized common diploid Yongliang No.4 with 21 different monosomics of “China spring” wheat to determine the rate of gamete n and gamete n1.The result indicates that among the pollen that were able to be fertilized,the pollen n account for 94.9%,the pollen n1 account for 5.1%;Among the embryo sac which were able to be fertilized,the embryo n account for 28.8% only,and embryo n1 accont for 71.2%.It demonstrates that among the monosonic generations of selfpollination,monosomic account for 69%,the others (disomic and nullisomic)account for about 31%.The proportion of monosomic and disomic is 3:1.
