摘　　要：阐述北京市公共卫生信息中心在管理外包项目、定制和维护等方面存在的问题,借鉴PRINCE2甲方项目管理体系建设的思路,提出了逐步健全和规范项目管理工作,形成信息化项目甲方项目管理体系,全面提高了项目管理水平。It states problems in Beijing Public Health Information Center on the aspects of outsourcing project management, customization, and maintenance, etc. By means of the thought of PRINCE2 first party project management system construction, it puts forward to gradually perfect and standardize project management, form first party project management system of information project, and overall improve the project management level.
