摘  要:采用 3×3拉丁方设计,用 3只 5月龄瘘管绵羊,分 3期分别饲喂以豆饼(DB)、“豆饼素”(DBS)和缓释尿素蛋白精料(HND)为主要蛋白源的精料。在等氮条件下,豆饼组、“豆饼素”组和缓释尿素蛋白精料组的瘤胃pH、NH_3-N(mg/ml瘤胃液)浓度的平均值分别为 6.16、6.27和 6.43;13.56、14.77和 15.83;6.13、6.04和 6.18,3组差异不显著。3种日粮的瘤胃代谢水平表现出相近的规律性。缓释尿素蛋白精料与“豆饼素”产品的尿素溶解和释放氨的速度接近。Adopted 3×3 Latin square design, three five-month age fistuiated sheep were fed with concentrates which main protein sources came from DB, DBS and HND in three periods. Under the similar level of N,the numbers ot the rumen pH values and the average concentration of the NH3 - N (mg/ 100ml liquid of rumen) and protein (mg/ml liquid of rumen) in the rumen are 6.16,6.27 and 6. 43; 13. 56, 14. 77 and 15. 83;6. 13,6.04 and 6.18 in order. The difference of these three groups was not significant. The merabolic levels of three diets in the rumen showed similar regularity. The rates of dissolving of the urea and NH3 - releasing betweenthe HND and the DBS were similar.
