等离子体浸没离子注入豌豆种子的细胞学效应

摘　　要：用等离子体浸没离子注入设备对食荚青豌种子进行了氩离子注入。以卢瑟福背散射（RBS）方法测定了处理前后的食荚青豌种子的RBS谱,发现等离子体浸没氩离子注入过的种子在Ar^+处出现Bragg峰。对食荚青豌根尖染色体核型进行了分析,发现所进行的离子注人能延迟染色体着丝粒的复制。The seeds of the green pod edible pea were implanted with argon ions using a plasma immersion ion implanter.The RBS spectra of treated and untreated seeds were measured with the Rutherford Back Scattering (RBS) method. And it was observed that a Bragg peak of Ar' in the seed implanted argon ions with a plasma immersion ion implantcr.The chromosomes in root-tip cells were studied as well, and found that the centromere replication of the root-tip cells was inhibited by the ion implantation.
