摘 要:阿勃是中国小麦条锈菌重要鉴别寄主之一,该研究采用经典遗传分析、单体分析等方法,通过不同条锈菌系鉴定,系统分析了阿勃抗条锈性的遗传基础及抗性特点。结果表明,在常温条件下,阿勃在苗期对中国小麦条锈菌系水源致病类型1(Su-1)和印度菌系79009的抗性均由2对抗条锈病基因控制,属细胞核遗传,抗79009菌系的2对基因分别定位在3B和7B染色体上,是与已知抗条锈病基因不同的未知新基因,分别暂定名为YrAbb1和YrAbb2。The wheat variety Abbondanza was one of the Chinese differential hosts for Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici. Once determined the genetic characteristic and resistant genes of Abbondanza, it will be convenient to develop the study of biological specialization of stripe rust and analysis of cultivars resistance on a molecular level. The genetic and resistant characteristics of Abbondanza were analyzed using different races (isolates) identification combining the methods of classic genetics, allelic analysis and monosomic analysis. The results showed that Abbondanza has two resistant genes against the isolates Su- 1 and 79009 in seedling stage under normal temperature, inheriting by nucleolus. The two resistant genes to 79009, temporarily designated as YrAbb1 and YrAbb2, were located on 3B and 7B chromosomes respectively and were different form the known resistant genes to stripe rust.
