摘 要:在系统分析国内外有关滚动直线导轨动力学特性研究成果的基础上,提出了一种新的直线滚动导轨副结合部动力学模型,并通过实验验证了该模型.结果表明:a.所建立的直线滚动导轨副结合部动力学模型具有通用性,可以用于任何一台使用该直线滚动导轨副的数控机床的动力学建模中;b.计算机仿真计算结果与实验结果基本一致,在侧翻和偏航两个模态处,固有频率的仿真计算值与实验值非常一致,误差不超过3%,说明了模型的有效性;c.所建立的模型可以方便地与成熟有限元软件结合.The wide use of rolling linear guides in modern NC (numerical control) machine tools and automatic equipments has the weak point in its influences on the dynamic characteristics of these machines. This paper analyzed systematically both the domestic and oversea researches on the dynamic characteristics of linear rolling guide. Based on the weak and strong points of these researches, it provided a new dynamic model of the movable joint on linear rolling guide, and also testified this model by experiments. The following results were obtained: a. the dynamic model of the movable joint on linear rolling guide was generally useful and could be used in the dynamic model of any NC machine with liner rolling guide, b. The computer simulation computation results were basically the same as the experimental results, and in rolling and Yawing modal, the natural frequency simulation computation result was the same as the experimental result with an error less than 3%, which proved the effectiveness of the model, c. The model could be easily combined with the mature finite software, which was very convenient in usage.
