摘 要:讨论了电力系统图形信息共享和互操作问题,对图形信息交互中涉及的关键技术问题做了进一步的研究.通过对比分析CCAPI的SVG图形中心和CIM域中心图形交换方案,建议采用图形中心方案,并进一步研究了图形中心交换方案中利用SVG定义电力系统图元,利用本体技术和语义信息模型来实现一对象多图,利用IEC61850保护逻辑节点来扩展CIM及相应图形的方法.研究结果将有助于电力信息集成的全面化,为构建更完善的电力信息一体化系统提供了技术手段.The theory of heterogeneous graphics information interoperation in power system was discussed and some key problems were studied. By comparing two graphics exchange approaches proposed by CCAPI (control center application program interface) work group, the graphics centric exchange approach was recommend and some main problems in the graphics centric exchange approach were researched as follow. The method to build graphics symbol of power system by SVG (scalable vector graphics) was studied. The way to realize multiple graphics display with ontology and semantic information model was proposed. The way to extend the power system graphics symbol combined with CIM (common information model) and IEC61850 protection LNs was put forward. This study can contribute to the full-scale power system application integration, and provide a technical measure for a profound integrative power network information system.
