摘 要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为原料,采用金属离子催化聚合法合成了低游离TDI含量的聚氨酯固化剂。结果表明:自制的金属离子催化剂A101的催化效果最佳。合成的产品符合国家标准,残留TDI单体的含量小于0.5%。探讨了A101的催化机理,并计算了反应体系的活化能。计算表明:添加A101催化剂能够有效降低反应的活化能。Low free TDI content polyurethane (PU) crosslinker was prepared from TDI and TMP by metal ion catalyst - polymerization. The results showed that the catalyzer A101 had the best effect among all the catalyzers studied. The free TDI content was bellow 0.5 % , which confirmed to the national standard in Chi- na. The catalytic mechanism was discussed and the activity energy of the reaction system was calculated. The calculative results showed that the catalyzer A101 could reduce the activity energy of the reaction system efficiently.
