摘 要:采用溶液法制备了聚乙烯醇/纳米羟基磷灰石复合水凝胶,探讨了聚乙烯醇含量对复合水凝胶抗菌性能的影响,用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对聚乙烯醇/纳米羟基磷灰石复合水凝胶的晶态结构及分散状态进行了表征,并用抑菌圈法对复合水凝胶的抗菌性能进行检测。研究发现,聚乙烯醇/羟基磷灰石复合水凝胶形成了良好的结晶结构且分散良好,分布均匀,其对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、白色念珠菌具有良好的杀灭作用,其抑菌圈直径分别达15 mm、20 mm、20 mm,但对大肠杆菌无抵制作用。A new kind of bioactive polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/hydroxyapatite (HAP) blend hydrogels were prepared by in situ solution method. The antimicrobial properties of the blend hydrogels with different PVA contents were investigated. The crystal structure and dispersed statement of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/ hydroxyapatite (HAP) blend hydrogels were characterized by XRD, FT- IR and SEM. The antimicrobial effect of blend hydrogels was tested by use of bacteriostasis circle method. Ultrafine granular- crystalline was formed in blend hydrogels, which was well dispersed. The results showed that polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/hydroxyapatite (HAP) blend hydrogels can provide good ability of inhibiting the growths of S. aureus, Bacillus. subtilis and Candida. albicans. Their inhibition zone diameters are 15 mm, 20 mm and 20 mm respectively, but no effect on E. coil.
