摘　　要：介绍了大庆石化公司塑料厂线性装置生产茂金属聚乙烯树脂18X10D 的生产工艺条件、物性指标,并对树脂进行测试分析。通过加工试验表明,该树脂具有优异的加工性和力学性能。用茂金属树脂生产的2 m、9 m两种棚膜,薄膜产品质量好,满足 GB4455—2006和用户标准要求,可替代进口茂金属产品。In this paper, the process conditions and physical property of linear metallocene polyethylene resin 18X10D of plastic plant of Daqing petrochemical company were introduced. Then the resin was tested and analyzed. The rosults of processing experiment showed,the rein has a fine processability and mechanical property. The 2 m and 9 m films produced by linear metallocene resin has a good quality, also meets the standard of GB 4455—2006 and consumer demand. It can substitute the import metallocene products.
