摘　　要：在"生态问题政治化"与"政治思维生态化"双向互动的历史境遇中,"生态型政府"的学术概念被及时地、恰当地提出来了。生态型政府要想成为一个主流的政府范式理论,必须在三个方面实行统合,即概念与理念的统合,抽象与具体的统合,理论与行动的统合。In the two-way interaction of ＂ecological problems being political＂ and ＂political thinking being ecological＂, the academic concept of ＂ecological government＂ is put forward in time and properly. In order to become a mainstream theory of government pattern, the ecological government should implement combinations in three sides, i. e. , between concept and notion, abstract and concrete, theory and action.
