摘  要:目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血浆蛋白C、抗凝血酶活性的改变。方法:采用发色底物法测定新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿106例(58例未合并感染,48例合并感染)和健康新生儿30例血浆蛋白C和抗凝血酶的活性。结果:缺氧缺血性脑病各组与正常对照组相比蛋白C、抗凝血酶活性均有不同程度下降,差异有统计学意义。中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病合并感染较非感染组蛋白C、抗凝血酶活性下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义。结论:新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿血浆蛋白C、抗凝血酶活性检测是反映病情严重度的指标。Objective To investigate the activities of plasma protein C and antithrombin in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods The neonatal plasma protein C and antithrombin activities were measured with chromogenic substrate method in 106 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(58 cases non-infected and 48 cases infected) and 30 healthy controls. Results The activities of protein C and antithrombin decreased in different degrees in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy groups compared with normal control group (P〈0.05), also decreased in different degrees in moderate and severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy with infected groups compared with non-infected group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Plasma protein C and antithrombin activities are significantly reduced in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, which are the indicators of severity of the neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
