摘  要:利用DZ-1400型电火花沉积机,以WC为电极,以氩气为保护气,在W18Cr4V高速钢麻花钻头表面制备了WC硬质合金涂层。利用光学显微镜观察分析了涂层金相,利用显微硬度计测量涂层的硬度和厚度。在干式切削条件下进行切削试验,分析比较了涂层钻头与未涂层钻头寿命和磨损情况。结果表明,WC涂层可显著提高刀具切削能力,延长其寿命,在钻削45钢和铸铁时,涂层钻头平均寿命分别比未涂层钻头提高了10倍和13倍,同时钻头磨损速度明显减缓。WC cemented carbide coating was deposited on W18Cr4V high speed steel with electric spark deposition machine modeled DZ-1400,and the WC was used as electrode and the argon gas as shielding gas.The microstructure of coatings was investigated with microscope.The micro-hardness and thickness of coatings was tested by hardness testing device.The results by drilling on cast iron and 45# steel showed that the average tool life of the WC coating on high speed steel twist drill is 10 and 13 times than those of the uncoated drills and the wear rate of the twist drill is significantly reduced.
