摘  要:采用TIG自熔焊对409L和410L冷轧板进行了焊接试验,并对焊接接头进行了拉伸、杯突和晶间腐蚀试验,试验结果表明,两种铁素体不锈钢焊接接头的塑性和腐蚀性能存在较大差异,410L焊接接头塑性明显低于409L焊接接头塑性,并且410L焊接接头存在晶间腐蚀敏感性,而409L焊接接头无晶间腐蚀敏感性。在对焊接接头进行硬度测试和金相分析的基础上,讨论了两种铁素体不锈钢焊接接头性能差异的原因,C、N含量和是否Ti稳定化是影响焊接接头性能的关键因素。TIG autogenous welding experiments were conducted with the cold rolled sheets of wrought 409L and 410L.Then tensile test,cup test and IGC test were made for the resultant welded joints.The results show that there are great differences in ductility and corrosion resistance between the two types of ferritic stainless steel weld joints.The ductility of 410L welded joint is obviously lower than that of 409L welded joint,and 410L welded joint is sensitive to intergranular corrosion while 409L welded joint is not.The reasons why there are the differences in their properties were discussed based on the hardness tests and metallographic analyses for the welded joints.Carbon content,nitrogen content and titanium stabilization are the key factors in affecting the properties of welded joints.
