摘 要:本文研究了辐射损伤修复抑制剂咖啡因、EDTA后处理对不同辐射敏感性作物大豆和油菜生物学效应的影响。结果表明,辐射与咖啡因、EDTA后处理对两种作物幼苗的发芽率没有明显的影响;除低剂量(大豆<100Gy,油菜<600Gy)辐照具有刺激生长作用外,两种作物幼苗的根长、苗高、干物重和IAA含量均随辐照剂量的增大而逐渐降低;咖啡因、EDTA后处理进一步降低了幼苗的根长、苗高和干物重,但缓解了IAA含量的下降水平。咖啡因、EDTA及其复合后处理对两种作物根长、苗高和干物重的影响程度表现为:咖啡因+EDTA>咖啡因>EDTA。The biological effect of Caffeine and EDTA post treatment on soybean and rape seedling was studied. The results showed that the seed germinating rates of the two crops were obviously affected by radiation, caffeine and EDTA post treatment. The seedling growth of the two crops were promoted by lower radiation dose (soybean < 100Gy, rape<600Gy). The root length, seedling height, dry weight and IAA content of the two crops significantly decreased with the increase of radiation dose; with caffeine and EDTA post treatment, the root length, seedling height and dry weight were lower, but IAA content were higher than that with H 2O treatment. The accumulative effects on the seedling root length, seedling height and dry weight of the two plants were observed with the post treatment with combining of caffeine and EDTA.
