摘  要:汽车变速箱齿轮经正火切削加工并渗碳处理后,在装机运行过程中产生噪声而影响齿轮使用寿命。针对这一问题,研究两种不同正火工艺获得的不同显微组织,并对相同条件下切削加工和表面抛光后的表面微变形进行测试,分析微变形量不同的原因。研究结果表明,汽车变速箱齿轮早期产生噪声主要是由齿轮钢件正火后在切削加工过程中产生内应力而引发的变形引起的,因此建议汽车齿轮坯采用锻造余热等温正火工艺,以减小变形对工件运行造成的摩擦。In the installed operation of vehicle transmission gears after being normalized, machined and carbonized, noise is produced and it will have adverse effects on the service life of gears. In view of this problem, different microstructures obtained by using two different normalizing processes are studied, and tests are carried out on the surface micro-deformation after machining and surface polishing under the same condition, so as to analyze the cause of difference of micro-deformation. The test results show that the noise produced in the early operation stage of vehicle transmission gears is mainly caused by the deformation that is initiated by the internal stress produced in the machining process of steel gear parts after normalization. Therefore, it is suggested that the vehicle gear blanks should adopt isothermal normalizing process by utilizing the residual forging heat, so as to reduce the friction caused by the deformation in the work pieces operation.
