地震后患者抑郁、焦虑及睡眠障碍发生状况的分析

摘　　要：对四川地震灾区伤病员进行抑郁、焦虑及睡眠障碍等精神心理问题评定，发现患者出现抑郁、焦虑症状的人数均占41．8％左右，睡眠障碍占73％，睡眠障碍与抑郁、焦虑症状密切相关。During the psychological intervention for patients injured and patients with internal disease in earthquake in Sichuan, psychological assessment of anxiety, depression and sleep disorder was carried for them by conversation and observation. By analysis, it showed that the patients suffering from depression and anxiety was 41.8% and sleep disorder was 73%. Further more, sleep disorder was significantly correlated with depression and anxiety.
