摘  要:目的筛选"退热止痛散"解热镇痛活性部位的最佳萃取工艺,提取活性部位。方法采用正交设计,超临界CO2流体萃取技术进行提取,用镇痛药效学实验对提取物进行有效成分的筛选。结果药效最佳的提取工艺为:萃取压力25MPa,萃取温度45℃,解析压力6.7 MPa,解析温度50℃,得到其有效部位。结论超临界CO2流体萃取应用于"退热止痛散"解热镇痛活性部位的提取,具有省时、高效、节能等特点,为中药复方有效部位的提取提供新方法。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Tuirezhitongsan and extract the pharmacodynamically active fractions. Methods Orthogonal test methods and supercritical-CO2 fluid extraction (SFE-CO2) were used for the extraction, and the the pharmacodynamically active fractions were screened with analgesic experiments. Results The optimal extraction of the active fractions was achieved with the extraction pressure at 25 MPa, extraction temperature at 45 ℃, resolution pressure at 6.7 MPa, and resolution temperature at 50 ℃. Conclusion SFE- CO2 is rapid, efficient, and energy-saving in the extraction of the active fractions in Tuirezhotongsan, and provides a mew method for extraction of traditional Chinese medicine.
