摘 要:研究了对SMV抗性不同的3个大豆品种在接种SMV-a株系后叶片过氧化物酶活性及其同功酶的动态变化。结果表明,侵染的早期(接种后3d),抗病品种科丰1号的过氧化物酶活性急剧上升,出现了新的PI为4.40和9.73的同功酶;感病品种徐豆1号和1138-2的变化则相对较小。侵染的中后期(接种后6d和9d),感病品种的过氧化物酶活性迅速上升,且徐豆1号也出现了PI为4.40和9.73的同功酶;抗病品种过氧化物酶活性略有下降,PI为4.40和9.73的同功酶消失。SMV侵染早期,抗病品种过氧化物酶活性的急剧增加以及PI为4.40和9.73的同功酶的出现可能与抗病性密切相关。Dynamic changes in activity and electrophoretogram of peroxidase were studied with leaves of resistant and susceptible soybean cultivars during infection by SMVa. The results suggested that peroxidase activities of resistant soybean cultivar (Kefeng1) increased rapidly, and two new isozymes of PI 4.40 and 9.73 appeared at the early stage of infection (three days after inoculation). On the other hand, the changes of peroxidase were relatively smaller in leaves of susceptible soybean cultivars (Xudou1 and 11382). At the middle and late stages of infection (six days and nine days after inoculation), peroxidase activities showed a greater increase in susceptible cultivars, and two identical isozymes of PI 4.40 and 9.73 in Xudou1 were found. While peroxidase activities of resistant soybean cultivar decreased slightly and the two new isozymes disappeared. In a word, rapid increment of peroxidase activities and appearance of two isozymes with PI 4.40 and 9.73 at the early stage of infection might be positively correlated with disease resistance to SMV in resistant cultivars.
