再生处理对粘土旧砂性能的影响

摘　　要：分析讨论了粘土旧砂的性质，概述了旧砂再生的意义。通过试验，研究了再生处理对粘土旧砂表面状况、粒度、粒形的改善，以及对型砂性能指标的影响。结果表明，再生处理对粘土旧砂的回用是非常有益的。? Analysed the character of used clay bonded sand, described the sense of sand reclamation in brief. By test,researched the improvement on the surface state, grain, size and shape of used sand, and the influence to the property of moulding sand. The results indicates, that sand reclamation is very useful for reusing used clay bonded sand.
