彩色多普勒超声对老年性白内障及其合并症的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对老年性白内障及其合并症的诊断价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对120例185只老年白内障晶状体进行检查,并与其他眼科检查对比分析。结果老年白内障初发期超声检查敏感性不如裂隙灯,出现假阴性,占15.21%,对中、晚期老年白内障及其合并症超声检出率可达到100%。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对老年性白内障晶状体病变的敏感性与眼科仪器裂隙灯相似,对中、晚期白内障,尤其当眼底窥不进时,对白内障及其合并症的诊断,彩色多普勒超声应作为首选。彩色多普勒超声可作为诊断老年性白内障及其合并症的常规及术前检查的一种重要手段。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound on the senile cataract, and merge disease. Methods Color Doppler ultra sound were used to check and analyze the features of 185 lens senile cataract and were compared with slit-lamp. Results In the initial period of senile cataract, the sensitivity was lower than that of slit-lamp. The false negative ratio of ultrasonography was 10.2%, in the middle and last period of senile cataract, the relevant ratio of ultrasonography was 100%. Conclusions The color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis sensitivity of senile cataract was similar to slit-lamp. To the middle and last period of senile cataract, it was an important way to check senile cataract.
