摘　　要：目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断主动脉缩窄的价值。方法回顾性分析31例主动脉缩窄患者的二维及多普勒超声检查结果,并与手术结果作对照。结果31例主动脉缩窄患者均经手术证实,其中超声心动图检出28例,3例漏诊。结论超声心动图可作为诊断主动脉缩窄首选及重要的影像诊断技术;胸骨上窝应做为常规切面并仔细检查,以避免漏诊。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of two-dimensitional and colour Doppler echocardiography in coarctation of the aorta （CoA） . Methods The results of two-dimensitional and colour Doppler echocardiography examination were analysed in 31 patients with CoA, and were compared with the operative results. Results All the results of echocardiography examination were confirmed by surgical operation in the 31 patients. Twenty-eight patients with CoA, 28 were preoperatively discovered on echocardiography and 3 were missed diagnosis. Conclusions Echocardiography is a preferred and important technique for diagnosing CoA. Routine careful examination through suprasternal view is helpful for avoiding missed diagnosis.
