摘 要:目的探讨术前超声定位在骨内固定物取出术中的临床应用及价值。方法2005年4月至2007年7月对22例四肢愈合骨折患者,采用超声定位后骨内固定物取出术。其中,内踝骨折10例,肱骨髁骨折6例,胫腓骨骨折1例,股骨骨折2例,髌骨骨折3例。内固定物为克氏针6例,拉力螺钉13例,张力带钢丝3例。采用术前超声定位标记,术中根据标记取出内固定物。结果超声定位下骨内固定物取出在定位、切口长度、术中出血量、术后疼痛持续时间、关节功能恢复情况等方面较传统内固定物取出方法均有明显改善。结论在超声定位下骨内固定物取出具有定位准确、切口小、创伤小、术中出血少、对手术参与者无放射性损害等优点,适合临床开展。Objective To evaluate the effecacy and value of operation taking out bony internal fixation materials under uhrasonographic guidanc. Methods The cases of the following bones were: internal fixations of limbs in 22 cases from April 2005 to July 2007 were taken out. Medial malleolus in 10; Fractures of the humeral medial condyle in 61 fracture tibia shaft fracture in 1 case; femoral shaft in 2; patellas in 3; Kirschner's needle in 6; tensile screws in 13; steel wire tension bands in 3. All the fixations were located correctly before operation. Results Compared with the traditional methods of taking out of internal fixation, the ultrasound guided method has more bemitial, such as location, short incision, decrease of blood loss, shortened postoperative pain and the quick convalescence of joint functions. Conclusions This method may be worthy for widely clinical application clue to the above mentioned merits.
