摘　　要：本文主要从贫困大学生自强不息的品质出发,讨论如何发挥这类学生的模范作用,引导、帮助其他贫困大学生,营造一个好的学习氛围,促进高校的和谐发展。This paper analyzed the character of perseverance of poor college students and tenacity and discussed how to help and guide others in order to create a good atmosphere of learning and promote the harmonious growth of higher education.
