摘　　要：以抗Ｂｕｒｓｉｎ单抗２Ｆ９－４，用免疫组织化学方法，检测Ｂｕｒｓｉｎ在鸡胚胎期及出壳后１～９周龄雏不同免疫器官中的定位分布。结果表明：胚胎期１２日龄囊（上皮芽、上皮）、骨髓呈阳性；１４日龄囊（上皮芽、芽突）、胸腺髓质有阳性细胞；２０日龄胸腺有阳性细胞。新生雏囊单层或假复层上皮ＦＡＥ和ＩＦＳＥ呈阳性、髓质有稀少ＤＲＥＣ阳性、ＣＭＥ弱阳性。出壳１～３周ＤＲＥＣ与哈德氏腺阳性，反应随周龄增加有所增强，胸腺髓质呈阳性，３周脾脏极少数散在阳性细胞。４周ＣＭＥ、ＤＲＥＣ、ＩＦＳＥ与ＴＤＩＡ的基底膜有阳性细胞。６周ＦＡＥ、ＦＡＥＳＣ、ＣＭＥ、ＤＲＥＣ、ＩＦＳＥ与ＴＤＩＡ的基底膜有阳性细胞。８周ＦＡＥ、ＦＡＥＳＣ、ＣＭＥ、ＤＲＥＣ呈阳性。９周ＣＭＥ、ＤＲＥＣ呈阳性。４，６，８，９周Ｈａｓａｌ小体、６，９周骨髓呈阳性；４，６周脾脏散在阳性细胞；４，６，９周哈德氏腺有阳性细胞。Stained with anti-bursin monoclonal antibody(mAb) 2F9-4 by immunohistochemistry, the bursin-containing cells in lymphoid tissues of chicken were located on the 12th, 14th, and 20th days of gestation, immediately post-hatching and 1-to-9-wk-old. There were bursin-containing cells in “bursae” (epithelial buds) and marrow of 12-day embryo, in bursa of 14-day embryo, and also in thymus of 14, 20-day embryo. At hatching, the mAb was reactive with the FAE, IFSE and DREC of bursa of Fabricius, and also weakly reactive with the CME. The number of bursin-containing cells in the DREC and tlarderian gland increased from 1 and 3 week. Bursin-containing cells in thymal medulla were observed from 1 to 3 week, also a few positive cells in spleen of 3-wk-old chicken. At 4 week, the mAb was reactive with the CME, DREC, and the basal layer of the IFSE and TDIA, also with Hassall corpuscle of thymus, tlarderian gland and spleen. At 6 week, the immunohistochemical staining with the mAb was restricted to the FAE, FAESC, CME, DREC and the basal layer of the IFSE and TDIA, also Hassall corpuscle of thymus, marrow, spleen and Harderian gland. At 8 week, the bursin-containing cells could be seen in the FAE, FAESC, CME, DREC and Hassall corpuscle of thymus. The cells containing bursin also appeared in the CME, DREC, Hassall corpuscle of thymus, Harderian gland and marrow of 9-wk-old chicken.
