摘　　要：有机肥和绿肥对江西农业持续发展有着重要的、不可替代的作用。阐述了江西土壤的有机质状况，分析了有机肥与绿肥施用现状及存在问题，肯定了有机肥与绿肥在发展我省可持续农业中的作用与地位，提出了进一步搞好我省有机肥、绿肥工作的对策与措施。Organic fertilizer and green manure play an important part in the sustaining development of agriculture in Jiangxi Province. This paper explores the current situation of organic matter content of soil in Jianxi Province, analyses the current condition and problems of input of organic fertilizer and green manure, confirms the function and position of organic fertilizer and green manure in the sustainable agriculture of our province, and proposes the measures and strategies to better the work of the input of organic fertilizer and green manure.
