摘　　要：发展基于循环经济的农村经济是全面建设小康社会的战略选择,是建设社会主义新农村的一项具体实践。本文通过对国内外基于循环经济的农村经济发展相关理论及研究动态的研究,构建了基于循环经济的农村经济发展评价指标体系,为评价基于循环经济的农村经济提供了基本的理论框架。The development of the rural economy based on the circulation economy is the comprehensive construction affluent society＇s strategic choice,is a concrete practice to build the socialism new countryside. This article has constructed rural economic development evaluating indicator system based on the circulation economy,has provided the basic theory frame for the appraisal based on the circulation economy＇s rural economy through to domestic and foreign based on recycle economy rural economic development correlation theories and research dynamic research.
