摘　　要：本文分析了在网络传播时代信息资源共享所面对的知识产权困境,强调了保障知识产权公共领域的重要意义,指出我们可以构建信息资源共享与知识产权保护的平衡机制以适应合理使用的新要求。This paper analyzes the information resou rces share faces the dilemma of the intellectual property rights, emphasizes the importance of protection the public domain and points out that we can build the balance mechanisms of the information resources share and the protection of intellectual property to adapt the fair use
