摘　　要：人的社会化是个体和社会的互动过程。把法治文化溶入到人的社会化中为社会培养合格的具有法治意识的公民,不仅是可能性的,也是可行的。通过对社会化不同的载体如家庭、学校等和在早期社会化中不同的阶段对个体进行法治文化的社会化,是能够象一般意义上的社会化那样取得一定的成就。The person＇s socialization is the interac tive process of the individual and society, the social culture is taught to individual by socialization. The successful socialization of individual make he, acquire technical ability of existence and life from the social culture, accept the social the value of mainstream culture, become the useful person of society. We may dissolve the rule of law culture into the person＇s socialization to culture the rule of law consciousness of citizen.
