摘　　要：目的:建立十二太保丸中芍药苷的含量测定。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C_(18)(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15∶85)。流速1.0ml·min^(-1)。检测波长230 nm。结果:芍药苷在0.496～2.480μg范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.32%,n=6。结论:本方法简便、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method to determine paeoniflorin in Shiertaibao pills. Method： Hypersil ODS Cls column （ 200 mm × 4.6 nun ,5 μm） was used; Acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid（ 15：85 ） was used as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 , and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Result： The linear correlation of paeoniflorin was observed within the range of 0.496 -2.480 μg. The average recovery was 99.7% and RSD was 1.32% （n = 6 ）. Conclusion： The method was simple, accurate and reproducible for the determination of paeoniflorin in Shiertaibao pills.
