新蚜虫疠霉对不同地区两种体色生物型桃蚜的毒力测定  被引量:2

Virulence of Pandora neoaphidis Against the Different Geographical Populations of Two Body-Color Biotypes of Myzus persicae in Yunnan Province

摘  要:采用“孢子浴”法测定了新蚜虫疠霉菌株对云南省呈贡、大理、通海、元谋4地黄绿色和红色体色生物型桃蚜的毒力.结果表明:在分生孢子0.25-68.28个/mm^2接种剂量下对红色和黄绿色2种生物型桃蚜的毒力无明显差异,对云南省呈贡、大理、元谋和通海4地菜区红色生物型蚜虫的剂量效应常数分别为0.91,1.36,1.21和1.15;对黄绿体色生物型蚜虫的剂量效应常数分别为1.09,1.50,1.30和1.26.接种后第1-7天,呈贡、大理、通海、元谋4地红色桃蚜接种新蚜虫疠霉菌后,LT50分别为4.9-4.0d(10.72-65.48孢子/mm^2),4.8-3.2d(10.72-62.42孢子/mm^2),4.6-3.6d(16.82-65.48孢子/mm^2),5.2-3.7d(11.21-63.45孢子/mm^2).对4地黄绿色体色桃蚜接种新蚜虫疠霉菌后,LT50分别为4.4-3.8d(26.37-67.6孢子/mm^2),5.1-3.3d(8.91-60.26孢子/mm^2),5.1-3.5d(8.7-58.09孢子/mm^2),4.2-2.9d(9.91-56.81孢子/mm^2).综合以上毒力测定结果,在相同接种剂量下,新蚜虫疠霉菌株对黄绿色和红色2种体色生物型桃蚜的致死中时LT50间无显著差异.Using the spore-shower method, the virulence of Pandora neoaphidis against the different geographical populations and two body-color biotypes of green peach aphid (Myzus persicae) was tested in the laboratory with inoculation dosages from 0.25-68. 28 spores/mm^2. The resulting mortality data were analyzed and fitted to a time-dose-mortality model. The results showed that the P. neoaphidis isolate tested was highly virulent against M. persicae, and with a latent period of about 3 days in the aphid. The value of LT50 was 4.9-4.0 d (10.72-65.48 spores/mm^2), 4. 8-3.2 d (10.72-62.42 spores/mm^2), 4. 6-3.6 d (16.82-65.48 spores/mm^2) and 5.2-3.7 d (11.21-63.45 spores/mm^2) for the red body-colour type of M. persicae from Chenggong, Dali, Tonghai and Yuanmou, respectively. The value of LT50 was 4. 4-3.8 d (26. 37-67. 6 spores/mm^2),5. 1-3. 3 d (8. 91-60.26 spores/mm^2), 5. 1-3.5 d (8. 7-58. 09 spores/mm^2) and 4.2-2.9 d (9.91- 56.81 spores/mm^2) for the yellow-green body-colour type of M. persicae from Chenggong, Dali, Tonghai and Yuanmou, respectively. Therefore, with similar inoculation dosage, no significant differences in the virulence of P. neoaphidis against different geographical and different body-color populations of M. persicae were observed.
