摘 要:对雷达接收系统的非线性特性分析,若只把系统等效为理想的无记忆性模型,则得到的结论与其实际性能差别较大。针对有别于一般只讨论接收系统的幅度非线性失真的情况,利用具有记忆性非线性失真模型,分别探讨了系统各失真分量对系统性能的影响,指出了同频寄生输出分量的双重属性。同时澄清了关于三阶截点的模糊认识,最后分析并给出了是否考虑系统记忆特性的依据。It is not effective for people just to take an ideal memoryless model as a mathematical representa- tion of the passive receiving system when analysing its nonlinear distortion. Instead of discussing the nonlineari- ty only, a memory model of nonlinear systems concentrated on the characteristics of nonlinear distortion from a practical perspective is proposed, and the most widely used figures of merit are identified by dual-tone tests. Then the influence of each polynomial of the system output during dual-tone tests is analyzed, and the dual roles of the co-channel distortion are demonstrated. Furthermore, the AM--AM and AM--PM characteristics are il- lustrated and the three-order interceptive point concept is clarified. The criterion that whether the system can be considered as a memory model or memory less is proposed in the end.
