红药提取物对小鼠镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察红药提取物的镇痛作用,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法:采用热板法、小鼠扭体法观察红药提取物的镇痛作用。结果:在55℃热板实验中,红药的乙醇提取物和红药的乙醇提取物的正丁醇部位可明显提高小鼠的痛阈,并且对腹腔注射醋酸引起的疼痛反应有显著的抑制作用,使小鼠扭体反应次数明显减少。结论:红药的乙醇提取物和红药的乙醇提取物的正丁醇部位具有显著的镇痛作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the analgesic effect of Chirita longgangensis vat. hongyao extract to provide experimental basis for clinical medication. METHODS Hot plate test, writhing in mice was observed after the extract of Chirita longgangensis var. hongyao was given and analgesic effect of the extract of Chirita longgangensis var. hongyao was present. RESULTS During the hot plate test with 55 ℃, the ethanol extract of Chirita longgangensis var. hongyao, and ethanol extract of butanol site could increase the pain threshold in mice, and inhibite intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid - induced pain response , decrease writhing frequency significantly. CONCLUSION The ethanol extract of Chirita longgangensis var. hongyao and the butanol extract of the ethanol extract have significant analgesic effect.
