摘　　要：提出了基于流接口驱动模型硬定时中断模式的AD驱动设计,提高了数据采集的实时性;在对内核模式下的中断服务例程(ISR)、用户态的中断服务线程(IST)、虚拟地址的映射及驱动通信等内容进行了深入的分析基础上,构架起基于ARM-3SC2410金刚石合成状态的实时数据采集系统。并采取多线程同步及调度技术实现采集与快速同步显示。实验表明,该采集系统稳定可靠,为建立合成温度估计模型提供了保证。One of AD driver with hard timer design under interrupt mode based on stream interface for data acquisition is suggested for enhancing the real-time. By going deep into the analysis of Interrupt Service Routine （ISR） in kernel mode, Interrupt Service Thread （IST） in user mode, the virtual address mapping and the data communication between application and driver, the states of diamond synthesis data acquisition system based on ARM-3SC2410 is established. Besides the fast communication and synchronization between data acquisition and display is achieved by multi-thread synchronization and schedule technology. The stability and reliability guarantees the model of temperature estimation.
