摘 要:为了减轻重载设备骤然启动时对电网的冲击和对电机的损害,创造性地设计了周转轮系配合液压湿式离合器的结构,通过控制离合片间液体粘滞力的逐渐增大来使周转轮系的自由度由2逐渐变为1,从而使输出轴柔性加载。借助三维平台Pro/E建立了软启动系统的数字样机,为物理样机的精确运行提供保证,并通过Pro/E软件的Mechanism模块实现对该系统的动态仿真,建立了数学目标函数,对整个机构进行了优化调整,提高了设计质量。In order to reduce the impact to the electrical nets and the damage to the motor at the time of heavy-loaded device sud-denly starting, the structure of epicyclical gear system with hydro-mechanical wet clutch was creatively designed. It makes the degree of freedom of the system change gradually from 2 to 1 to increase the liquid viscous force between clutch plates, and the output shaft is flexibly loaded, accordingly. Because of the complexity of the whole soft starting system, the digital prototype of the soft start-ing system was constructed with the aid of 3D CAD modeler of Pro/E, which will ensure that the physical prototype can run exactly. The dynamical simulation was implemented by the use of Mechanism module of Pro/E. Also, the objective functions were established in order to optimize the whole structure. Due to the fact that the design of the soft starting system with hydro-mechanical control techniques is accomplished by the use of Pro/E and the innovative ideas, the system can stably and precisely control the soft starting process and realize indeed the start-up with zero load, and therefore, it can effectively decrease the energy consumption and increase the productivity.
