摘 要:介绍了一种四相反应式步进电动机脉冲分配电路(脉冲分配器)的设计方法,该设计能够根据输入正确实现换向、启动和停止,而且该设计可以实现四相八拍两种工作方式可选功能,过流、过压保护使该设计更趋实用。该脉冲分配器电路采用基于Mealy状态机机理的VHDL描述,语言代码通过了Quartus Ⅱ的编译和仿真,并给出了仿真波形。最后,对步进电动机的驱动电路也进行了介绍。The design of stepping motor's pulse distributing circuit (pulse distributor) is introduced in this article, This Design can change the direction of the stepping motor and can start and stop the running of the motor. It can also switch between two kinds of different running states. The design is applied because it can provide protection when the motor work under the condition of over current or over voltage. It is described by VHDL based on mealy state machine and the code has been compiled and simulated on Quartus Ⅱ software. The result of the simulation is provided. At last, the driver circuit of stepping motor is also introduced.
