摘　　要：本文介绍嵌入式技术在高频石英晶体测试系统中的应用。测试系统以32位嵌入式微处理器为核心对外围硬件进行扩展,包括以太网接口、USB接口和显示接口等,并配置16MB Flash以及32MB SDRAM存储器;采用直接数字频率合成技术来设计系统的信号源,该信号源具有独立的四路输出,并且可以编程设定输出通道间的相位差;利用CPLD器件对信号源以及AD转换器进行控制。测试系统以嵌入式Linux为软件平台,以嵌入式图形用户界面为基础进行应用程序设计,该测试系统独立于PC机工作。This paper explores the usage of embedded technology in high speed quartz measuring apparatus. The system is built around a 32-bit embedded microprocessor, which controls all the necessary hardware such as Ethernet port, USB port and display unit, etc. A 16-MB Flash memory and 32-MB SDRAM memory are connected to the processor. The signal source of the apparatus is based on Direct Digital Frequency Synthesis technology. Four output channels are available from the signal source, and phase errors between different channels can be controlled by program. A CPLD unit is responsible for the control of the signal source and ADC. Embedded Linux Operation system is ported to provide abundant system service for the apparatus. Application of the apparatus is based on an embedded GUI, The apparatus works independently from PC.
