摘　　要：基于中小服务加工型企业生产成本管理的功能需求,通过分析业务流程,从数据库设计入手,提出了一种企业生产成本管理系统的开发方案。该系统除了具备制定生产计划、跟踪生产过程等生产管理功能外,更重要的是嵌入了对生产成本预测、核算、分析等成本管理功能,实现了企业对生产成本更准确地了解和掌握,辅助企业更好地控制产品成本,从而达到提高企业的经济效益的目的。Based on the functional requirements about the management of production cost of small and medium-sized service manufactories, by analyzing the business process and designing database, the author proposed a type of method of developing production cost management system for small and medium-sized service manufactories. Including the production management function such as arranging production plan and trailing production process, this system has more significant function for managing the production cost such as estimating, accounting and analyzing this cost and so on, which has made production cost informed and understood more exactly and assisted enterprise to control the products price much better, leading to increase the economic benefits of enterprise.
