摘　　要：本文针对遥感图像压缩算法应用给出了一种性能评价模型及体系框架,给出了具体的评价指标和度量方法。并且基于此评价模型给出了自动化遥感图像压缩算法评价软件概要设计,该软件可提高评价过程的自动化程度,也为算法研究提供一个相对真实可信的实验环境平台。A remote sensing image compression algorithm performance evaluation model and framework is described, evaluation indexes are also presented. Based on the model and framework of evaluation, primary design of automatic remote sensing image compression algorithm performance evaluation software is briefly described. This software could improve evaluation efficiency and provide a credible platform for compression algorithm research.
