摘　　要：1例7岁男童,因患儿童孤独症而给予石杉碱甲50μg,2次/d口服治疗。首次用药约30 min后,患儿突然倒地、四肢抽搐、双眼上翻,持续约1 min,之后昏睡。诊为癫痫样发作。给予补液及阿托品、呋塞米治疗,患儿迅速清醒,未再发生抽搐。以后患儿未再用该药治疗,随访10个月,无抽搐发作。A 7-year-old boy with childhood autism was treated with oral huperzine A 50 μg twice daily. About 30 minutes after the first administration of the drug, the boy presented with collapsing to the ground, convulsion of the extremities, and upward deviation of the eyes. The symptoms lasted for about 1 minute, followed by lethargy. Epileptiform seizure was diagnosed. He quickly regained consciousness after treatment with fluid replacement, atropine, and furosemide; his convulsion did not reappear. Afterwards, the patient did not use the medication again. During 10 months of follow-up, his convulsion did not occur.
