摘　　要：铝酸镧(LaAlO3)单晶是超导研究领域使用最普遍的单晶体之一,详细介绍了采用下称重,CZ法(Czo-chralski)生长大尺寸(Φ80mm)LaAlO3单晶的工艺条件,并对影响晶体质量的主要因素进行了分析、讨论,给出了解决晶体质量问题的手段和有效途径。LaAlO3 is one of the most popular crystal in the superconducting research field. The article gave out not only detailed but very real description about growing process of the big size LaAlO3 crystal with Bottom Weighing, CZ method, and also did a reasonable analysis on adverse factors which influence crystal quality.
