摘 要:通过电冰箱低电压启动实验,采用临界状态比较法和启动时间比较法探讨了不同型号压缩机的最佳启动电容,得出了其最佳启动电容与压缩机功率的关系,实验表明随压缩机功率增大启动电容相应增加。压缩机功率大于200W时启动电容趋于75μF。同时研究了压缩机低电压启动影响因素,确立了启动继电器、热保护装置与压缩机的良好匹配,实验表明:采用该复合启动装置及其对应参数既保护压缩机又可使其下限启动电压达140 V,比目前国内外同类产品的下限值187 V低47 V,同时保证220 V电压时一次启动正常运转。Through an investigation of compressor starting at low voltage ,on the basis of critical -state comparison and starting - time comparison, a suitable starting capacitance of different compressor was discussed. The starting capacitance increased with compressor power. It was close to 75p, F when compressor power was more than 200W. The factors which affact the start of the compressor and matchup among starting relay, heat - protecting device and the compressor were studied. Experiments show that compound starting mode can assure a compressor normal operation at 220V, but also put it start at a low voltage 140V, which 47V smaller than that of current products that the same functions at home and abroad.
