摘　　要：社团组织是多元化公共服务体系的重要组成部分。近年来我国各地体育社团组织发展迅速,但其在公共体育服务中发挥的作用还不充分。对公共服务模式的转型和多元化公共服务体系的建设进行思考,分析体育社团在多元化公共体育服务体系建设中的意义。在实证调查研究的基础上,在建设多元化公共体育服务体系视角下,分析我国地方体育社团的现状和面临的问题,提出地方体育社团的发展对策。Community organization is an important part in public service system. The local sport associations in China had a rapid development recent years, but the function of these associations in public sport service did not display. This dissertation analyzed the change of the public service and the diverse public service system. And the significance of the local sport associations in the diverse public sport service was analyzed. On the basis of survey, this dissertation analyzed the status and problem of local sport associations, and posed the countermeasures in developing local sport associations.
