摘　　要：为贯彻科学发展观,走体育社团实体化建设道路,以宏观视角拟研省级市项目体协实体化建设构架系统的模式,用层次分析法的主要构思该系统模式的4个层次;用主成分分析计算各层次诸因素的数量关系,并优选各层次的主要因素,作为体育协实体化建设的科学决策之参考。To carry out scientific development and take entity construction of sports association as the direction, this study established the model of structure system of individual sports entity construction from macro angle of view in the province cities. It will frame the four hierarchies of the system model with analytic hierarchy process and will reckon the numeral relations with principal component analysis among different factors of each hierarchy, the important ones of which will he selected as the references of scientific decision-making in the construction of sports association entity.
