大学城与城市边缘区协调发展研究——以西安西部大学城为例

摘　　要：城市边缘区是城市郊区化和乡村城市化共同作用的地区,也是城乡矛盾凸显的地区。大城市边缘区作为国内大学城的主要地域载体,大学城的开发建设对其健康、有序发展有着重大意义。以城市地理学与区域经济学的相关理论为基础,运用实地调研和文献资料分析法,对西安西部大学城进行了实证研究。结论如下:(1)大学城对城市边缘区发展的促进作用明显;(2)大学城与城市边缘区之间存在用地矛盾、交通问题以及"城中村"隐患等不协调音符。最后,对大学城与城市边缘区的协调发展对策作了初步探讨。Urban fringe is the region that suburbanization and rural urbanization have a common role, in which the contradictions between urban and rural was showed. Urban fringe as a geographical carrier of university city , university city＇ construction and management has an important effect on urban fringe＇ s healthy, orderly develop- ment. Based on related theories of urban geography and regional economics, the authors have done the empirical study of western university city of Xi＇ an by using investigation and document analysis method. This paper analyses university city＇ effect on urban fringe development and the problems between the two. By analyzing, reaches the following conclusions ： （ 1 ） University city has promoting effect on Urban fringe ; （2） There are also some problems between them, such as landuse conflicts, the traffic problem in university city, as well as the ＂Villages in cities＂. It also makes preliminary discussion on how to keep university city and urban fringe coordinated development.
