摘 要:总体上说,长沙居民旅游意愿时间长、意愿花费大,其出游决策受旅游地景观的影响最大,凤凰和张家界是最受长沙居民喜欢的下一次省内出游目的地。经过因子分析和聚类后,将长沙市居民细分成五类,结果发现,各类人群的人口学特征仅呈现细微的差别,在出游意向的表现上,注重时空距离和亲友意见的人愿意在旅游上花费较长的时间;重视亲友意见、注重旅游设施的人更愿意在旅游上花费较多的金钱,且此类人更倾向于将凤凰作为下一次出游的省内目的地;其余三类人则趋向于选择张家界。Generally speaking, citizens in Changsha are willing to spend money on traveling, whose tourism decision making is greatly affected by landscape of tourism destination. Fenghuang and Zhangjiajie are the most favorable among tourism destinations. Factor analysis and cluster analysis are used to classify citizens in ehangsha in- to five types, finding that demographic characteristic difference is subtle. Tourists who pay attention to space and time as well as opinions from friends and relatives are ready to spend more time in traveling while tourists who pay attention to tourism facilities are willing to spend more money and inclined to choose Fenghuang as the next destina- tion and the rest prefer to Zhangjiajie.
